Shipping Policy

Function Junction Online wishes to bring you the highest quality in shipping possible via FedEx. Shipping will automatically be determined at checkout. Faster delivery service is available for an additional charge (for example overnight, and 2 and 3 day delivery.) Please contact us to obtain the shipping costs for these faster services at 1-816-471-4300.

There is a minimum shipping charge on all orders of $7.00.

Function Junction ships currently to the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). Rates for Hawaii and Alaska are available, please contact us at info@functionjunction.com for a quote of cost and delivery time.

For all orders shipped within the state of Missouri: state law requires that we charge the local sales tax on all items shipped with in the state.
At this time multiple destinations are not possible for a single order. You must complete a separate order for each ship-to address.
Function Junction will process and ship orders within three days of payment confirmation. Orders are processed daily, except New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will process the following Monday.

Function Junction is not responsible for changes or cancellations after an order has been processed and shipped. If for whatever reason, you need to make a change in your order, please contact us immediately.

Return Policy

At Function Junction, we are committed to providing our customers with the very best, and we sincerely want you to be happy with your selections.

If you find that you are just not happy or satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. If there is a manufacturing defect or any problem associated with the proper functioning of an item, we will gladly offer you an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. After 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.

If the reason you are not happy is due to something other than a product defect, we are happy to credit your account within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. In some circumstances, a full refund of merchandise may be issued. A full refund will only be issued if:

You contact us and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Product is returned in new and saleable condition with the original packaging intact.
Product has not been used or worn.
