A healthy alternative to frying...take the puzzle of poaching.
Using a delicate fish filet, we will poach in a white wine and citrus liquid. Once the fish is poached, we will build a reduction sauce with the poaching liquid, whole butter and cream. A complimentary starch and vegetable preparation will accompany the fish entree for a celebration of cooking dinner. Plate the meal for a delicious dinner and beautiful presentation.
