Learn a couple of delicious ways to improve your diet by adding the health benefits of fruits and vegetables to your line-up!

Using the cookbooks New Vegetarian by Robin Asbell and Veggie Burgers Every Which Way by Lukas Volger, Marsha will be making a vegan and gluten free Falafel Burger, with Lemon Parmesan Asparagus Spears and Split Pea Soup. For dessert she will show you how to make a delicious Apple Streusel Cake.

The cookbooks, New Vegetarian and Veggie Burgers Every Which Way, will be 10% off during the class.
