What better way to enhance cooperation than to work together to prepare a delicious meal? Take your group and divide it into teams, then allow us to assign each team a course. As each course is prepared, participants will be working on skills necessary to become more effective in the workplace. Suggested teams (dependent on number enrolled) could be Appetizer, Soup, Pasta, Entrée, Side, Salad, Dessert. Timelines insure everyone stays on pace. Once completed, team members reflect as they share the meal they worked to create.
Sample menus include:
Caprese Salad, Minestrone with Parmesan Crisp, Zucchini and yellow squash Linguine, Chicken Milanese, classic Caesar salad, homemade Tiramisu.
Fig and Olive Tapenade, Mary's Freeform Meatloaf, Natural Mashed Potatoes with Onion, Fresh Green Beans with Shallot and Walnuts, Corn Relish with Green and Red Pepper and Mini Apple Pies for dessert.
